摘 要:为使可控列尾装置在线正常运转,发挥其确保铁路运输安全的作用,将在恶劣环境下经常出现的列车运行中司机查询不到尾部风压、可控列尾电池运行中电量报警或忽然断电、可控列尾装置经常出现掉网现象等故障进行了统计分析,并提出了调整可控列尾装置TCU模块插板装配工艺、加强电池管理、完善GSM网络建设、充分利用大秦线列尾装置调度指挥系统等解决方案,使可控列尾装置在线运行故障率大幅度降低。To make the on-line operation of the controllable train tail device more reliable, and to give full play to its role of ensuring the safety of railway transport, this paper carries out a statistic analysis on some failures of the controllable train tail device, such as failing to examine the wind pressure at the train tail by the train driver when the train is running in harsh environment, incorrect battery alarming or sudden outage in the operation of the controllable train tail device, and the off-network phenomenon of the controllable train tail device, etc. And then this paper suggests some solutions, such as adjusting the assembly process of TCU model of the controllable train tail device, enhancing the battery management, improving the GSM network construction, taking full advantage of train dispatching and commanding system of the controllable train tail device on Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway etc. With these solutions, the failure ratio of on-line operation of the controllable train tail device can be reduced by a large margin.
