摘　　要：目的探讨多功能射频治疗仪（自凝刀微创）技术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤的方法及安全性。方法对2009年1月—2012年3月间该院门诊收治的88例子宫黏膜下肌瘤患者接受自凝刀手术治疗。结果应用自凝刀微创技术治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤治愈率100%,治疗时间8~30min,术中出血0.5~5mL;术后随访瘤蒂根部无1例出血,凝固肌瘤明显缩小,不再增长;〈3cm的肌瘤可完全消失,全部手术无一例并发症发生。结论在超声无创监视下从人体自然腔道将射频电磁波通过自凝刀介入到病变部位,使局部组织产生高热效应,直至凝固变性、坏死而达到治疗的目的。全部病例无严重并发症,而且不改变子宫和卵巢的血液灌注,对子宫、卵巢和垂体的功能无不良影响。Objective To investigate the self coagulation knife minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of uterine submucous myoma method and safety. Methods From 2009 to January March -2012 year in outpatients of our hospital treated 88 cases of uterine submucous myoma patients accepting self coagulation knife operation treatment. Results The application of self coagulation knife minimally invasive techniques for the treatment of uterine submucous myoma curative rate was 100%, the treatment time for 8-30 minutes, intraoperative bleeding 0.5-5ml; postoperative follow-up of the pedicle root without and 1 cases with hemorrhage, coagulation fibroids significantly reduced, no longer growth; less than 3 cm fibroids may disappear completely, all hand surgery without complication. Conclusion In ultrasonographic surveillance from a natural body cavity radio frequency electromagnetic waves through a self coagulation knife intervention to the site of the lesion, so that local tissue to generate heat effect, until solidification degeneration, necrosis and achieve the purpose of treatment. All patients had no serious complications, and no changes in uterine and ovarian blood perfusion, the uterus, ovary and pituitary function without adverse effects.
