薏苡仁油急性毒性和刺激性实验研究

摘　　要：目的:考查薏苡仁油灌胃的急性毒性、皮肤刺激性和直肠刺激性作用。方法:严格依据国家食品药品监督管理局2005年颁布的《药物研究技术指导原则》进行试验。结果:薏苡仁油对小鼠灌胃的最大给药量为40mL.kg-1或32.8 g.kg-1,薏苡仁油对家兔完整皮肤或破损皮肤均未见有刺激性作用,对家兔直肠亦未见有刺激性作用。结论:常规口服薏苡仁油是安全的,并且其外用亦无皮肤刺激性和直肠刺激性,外用也安全。Objective ： To examine the acute toxicity and irritation in skin and rectum of Coix Seed Oil. Method ： The study was followed closely to The Principle of Drug Research Technical Guidance （ edition 2005 ） issued by the State Food and Drug Administration. Results ： The maximal oral dose on mice of Coix Seed Oil was 40 mL·kg^-1 or 32.8 g ·kg^-1 , and it had no irritation in rectum and normal or damaged skin of rabbits. Conclusion ： Routine oral administration of Coix Seed Oil is safe, and it has no irritation in skin and rectum, and the external use of Coix Seed Oil is safe as well.
