摘　　要：周永明教授治疗恶性淋巴瘤经验丰富,认为本病的病机特点为本虚标实,本虚以脾肾亏损为主,标实主要指痰湿瘀毒;治疗主要从健脾补肾以固本,化痰祛湿、活血解毒以治标着手,兼顾中西医结合分期治疗,从而达到延长患者生存期、提高患者生存质量的目的。Professor ZHOU Yongming has rich experience in malignant lymphoma, and he believes deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality is the pathogenesis. Origin deficiency lies in spleen and kidney insufficiency while excess in superficiality refers to phlegm-damp combined with stasis. The corresponding treatment is mainly focused on strengthening spleen and invigorating kidney for origin, resolving phlegm and dampness, promoting blood stasis for superficiality, considering Chinese and Western medicine in different stages as well to prolong the patients＇ life span and enhance their quality of life.
