摘 要:以现有一典型梁板式钢制防护门为背景,利用ABAQUS有限元软件对其动力响应及抗力进行评估,得出该门抗力满足设计要求,并留有一定冗余;分析骨架梁的存在、数量、布置方式及梁腹板厚度与高度,梁翼缘板厚度与宽度,上下面板厚度、爆距、装药量及荷载作用时间等因素对防护门抗爆性能的影响规律;建立较合理的工程计算模型,研究成果可为同类防护门设计与优化提供理论依据。An existing typical stiffened steel blast door was taken as an object, the evaluation of its resistance and dynamic response was conducted by using ABAQUS finite element software. It was demonstrated that the door resistance meets the design requirements and keeps an enough allowance. All the factors influencing the blast-resistant properties of the stiffened blast door were further analyzed, including number and layouts of stiffeners, thickness and height of beam web, thickness and width of beam flange, surface plate thickness, explosion distance, charge weight and action duration of blast loading etc. Finally, a reasonable model for its engineering calculations was built. The results provided a theoretical basis for designing and optimizing the similar blast doors.
