摘　　要："教师专业发展学校"是提高农村中小学教师专业化水平,推进我国基础教育改革,提高中小学教育质量的必然要求。随着我国经济社会的发展和信息化建设的推进,教师培训必然要走向与信息化融合的道路,只有这样,才能突破现行的"教师专业发展学校"中存在的瓶颈,进一步推进教师专业发展。The school for teacher＇ s professional development is indispensable in improving teacher＇ s professional competence in rural areas, implementing reform of elementary education and elevating educational quality in middle - elementary schools. With the development of social economy and information construction, teacher training must be combined with information. Only doing like this can we overcome kinds of obstacles in the school for teachers＇ professional development and promote the development of teachers＇ professions.
