摘　　要：目的　探讨挫伤性前房出血性青光眼的手术时机、手术方式及其疗效。方法　 74例挫伤性前房出血性青光眼分 2组 ,治疗组 44例经保守治疗 5天无效行小梁切除加前房冲洗术。对照组 30例经保守治疗超过 10天无效单行前房冲洗术。 2组进行对比。结果　 2组经治疗及手术后在视力恢复、眼压控制方面有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　挫伤性前房出血性青光眼若经保守治疗 5天无效应手术 ,而小梁切除加前房冲洗效果满意。To investigate the opportunity,method and effect of operation for glaucoma secondary to contusive hyphema.Methods 74 cases of glaucoma secondary to contusive hyphema were divided into 2 groups—4 cases underwent both trabeculectomy and anterior chamber irrigation after 5 day' ineffective medical treatment;30 cases underwent only anterior chamber irrigation after 10 days' ineffective medical treatment.The therapeutic effects were compared between the 2 groups.Results There is significant difference ( P <0.05) in the visual acuities and control of intraocular pressure between the 2 groups after the therapy.Conclusions In glaucoma secondary to contusive hyphema,surgical treatment should be taken if 5 days'medical treatment was not effective.And trabeculectomy combined with anterior chamber irrigation has proven to be a good way.
