摘　　要：目的研究上皮钙粘素(E-cadherin,E-cad)和β连接素(β-catenin,β-cat)在滑膜肉瘤组织中的表达特征及预后意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测E-cad和β-cat在60例滑膜肉瘤组织中的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征及患者术后生存时间的关系。结果 E-cad和β-cat的阳性表达率分别为28.3%(17/60)和23.3%(14/60);β-cat异常表达率为45%(27/60)。两者的表达均与滑膜肉瘤的病理学分型及组织学分级有关,β-cat的异常表达还与患者肿瘤部位、TNM分期及转移有关(P<0.05)。E-cad和β-cat表达组的生存情况明显优于β-cat异常表达组(P<0.05)。结论细胞黏附因子E-cad表达下调及β-cat的异常表达提示肿瘤细胞间的黏附力减弱、运动能力加强,肿瘤复发转移潜能增强,患者预后不良。Objective To investigate the expression of E-cadherin （E-cad） and β-catenin （β-cat） in synovial sarcoma and their prognostic significance. Methods Expression of E-cad and β-cat in 60 cases of synovial sarcoma was detected by immunohistochemistry, and their relevance to tumor clinicopathological data and survival time after operation of patients were analyzed. Results The positive expression rates of biologic markers were as follows： E-cad, 28.3% （ 17/60）,β- cat, 23.3% （14/60） ; the abnormal expression rate of β-cat 45% （27/60）. Both of them were related to histological typing and tumor grade, the abnormal expression rate of β-cat was correlated with tumor location, clinical stage （TNM） and metastasis （P 〈 0. 05 for all）. The survival of synovial sarcoma patients with E-cad and β-cat exproession was significantly better than that with abnormal expression rate of β-cat （ P 〈 0, 05 for all）. Conclusion The adhesion among cells is reduced and the motility of tumor cells is increased by the decreased expression of E-cad and the abnormal expression of β-cat, indicating a high potential of recurrence or metastasis and poor prognosis.
