三坐标测量机测量石膏模型的可靠性对比研究

摘  要:目的:利用三坐标测量机对石膏模型进行测量,研究其测量系统的稳定性,为研究消毒前后印模模型变形量提供一种新的测量方法。方法:用59mm×16mm×16mm标准试件制取印模20例,用超硬石膏灌制成型。将样本编号,用游标卡尺和三坐标测量机分别对每个石膏模型样本的长,宽,高3项测量项目进行测量。由同一操作者间隔10d后用三坐标测量机分别对样本进行二次测量,比较手工测量和三坐标测量机测量各线距结果有无差异,以及比较2次三坐标测量机测量有无差异。结果:手工测量和三坐标测量机测量石膏模型样本各项线距值的差值均数都小于0.1mm,2种测量比较P值均大于0.05,两者间无统计学差异;三坐标测量机2次测量结果的差值经配对t检验表明无统计学差异。结论:三坐标测量机具有精确,简单,高效,测量内容丰富,完整,直观等优点,可以用于规则石膏模型尺寸变化的测量。Objective: To testify the reliability of a measurement system. Methods: 20 impressions were made from the master model(59mm× 16mm× 16mm) with irreversible hydrocolloid impression material. The were then poured with die stone. The'length, width and height of gypsum model were measured by a 3D coordinate measuring machine and the vernier caliper, respectively. They were remeasured by the same examiner after 10 days. Data ob- tained were compared among the groups using statistical software package(SPSS15.0). Results: No statistical sig- nificance was found between the means of the measurement performed. No significant difference was observed be- tween two different time points on the models. Conclution: The coordinate measuring machine, can be used to measure the three--dimensioned change of the stone castspoured.
