561 nm laser in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy

摘　　要：目的评价561nm激光治疗中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(centra lserous chorioretinopathy,CSC)的疗效。方法用561nm半导体激光治疗仪对32例(32眼)CSC患者的视网膜色素上皮(retinal pigment epithelium,RPE)渗漏灶进行光凝治疗。结果治疗后1个月,32眼的视力(65.17±4.22)较治疗前(47.35±3.26)显著提高(P<0.01),其中有25眼(78.12%)治愈,5眼(15.62%)症状改善,2眼(6.25%)治疗无效。治疗后3个月,经激光光凝治愈的25眼视力仍稳定;经激光光凝治疗后症状改善的5眼中有3眼视力恢复,另有2眼视力稳定,但神经感觉层复位,病灶区域内RPE萎缩;治疗无效的2眼中1眼症状改善,神经感觉层脱离灶减小,另一眼RPE仍渗漏,再次接受561nm激光光凝治疗后症状改善。结论 561nm激光治疗CSC安全有效,临床上值得推广应用。Objective To evaluate the effects of 551 nm laser in treatment of central serous chorioretinopathy （CSC）. Methods Leakages of retinal pigment epi- thelium （RPE） in 32 patients （32 eyes） with CSC were treated by 551 nm laser. Re- suits At 1 month after laser treatment, visual acuity of 32 eyes （ 55.17 ±4.22 ） was higher significantly than that before treatment （47.35 ± 3.26） （P 〈 0.01 ）, in which le- sions disappeared in 25 eyes（78.12% ） ,symptom improvement in 5 eyes（ 15.52% ） ,in- valid in 2 eyes（6.25% ）. At 3 months after laser treatment,visual acuity in 25 eyes had been cured ago were stable,visual acuity in 5 eyes had been improved were recovered in 3 eyes, another 2 eyes were stable, but the nerve fiber layer replaced. Symptom im- provement and reduced area of sensory retina detachment appeared in 1 eye, RPE leak- age stopped after 551 nm laser photocoagulation again in 1 eye, treatment for these 2 eyes were ineffective at 2 months ago. Conclusion 561 nm laser is safe and effective in treatment of CSC.
