施图伦滴眼液治疗LASIK术后干眼症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察施图伦滴眼液治疗LASIK术后干眼症的临床效果。方法选择接受LASIK的近视患者56例112眼,泪膜破裂时间(break-up time,BUT)<5s,停戴角膜接触镜2周以上,有眼干、眼酸等症状,随机分为试验组(30例60眼)术后滴用施图伦眼液与对照组(26例52眼)术后滴爱丽眼液,对比观察2组术后BUT、主观症状评分、角膜荧光素染色评分、角膜像差等的差异。结果试验组术后1d、1周、2周和4周BUT分别为(2.52±0.98)s、(2.88±1.14)s、(3.03±1.49)s和(2.90±1.44)s,对照组为(2.46±0.68)s、(2.74±0.82)s、(2.76±0.77)s和(2.67±0.80)s,两组术后各时间点比较差异均无统计学上意义(均为P>0.05),但均有增长的趋势。试验组术后1d、1周、2周和4周主观症状评分分别为(3.82±1.91)分、(3.50±2.30)分、(3.13±2.33)分和(2.60±2.45)分,对照组分别为(4.54±2.94)分、(3.77±2.41)分、(3.69±2.25)分和(3.00±1.94)分;随着时间推移两组均明显好转,差异有统计学意义(试验组P=0.024;对照组P=0.016)。两组间术后BUT、角膜荧光素染色评分及角膜像差比较,差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05)。结论施图伦滴眼液可以有效地改善LASIK术后干眼症状。Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of esculin and digitalis- glycosides eye drops for dry eye after LASIK. Methods Fifty-six post-LASIK patients （ 112 eyes） were recruited in the study,break-up time （BUT） were less than 5 seconds, contact lens were removed as least 2 weeks. Patients had complaints such as dry and sore eye, and were divided into experimental group （30 cases, 60 eyes） and control group （26 cases, 52 eyes）, the patients in experiment group received the esculin and digitalisgiycosides eye drops, and the control group received sodium hyalttronate eye drops. The postoperative BUT, subjective symptom scoring, corneal fluorescein staining scoring and corneal aberration in two groups were observed and compared. Results BUT at postoperative 1 day,1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks were （2.52 ±0.98） seconds, （ 2.88 ± 1.14 ） seconds, （3.03± 1.49） seconds and （ 2.90±1.44） seconds in experimental group, respectively, which were （2.46 ± 0.68 ） seconds, （ 2.74 ± 0.82 ） seconds, （ 2.76 ± 0.77 ） seconds and （ 2.67 ± 0.80 ） seconds in control group, respectively, there was nostatistical difference between different time points （P 〉 0.05 ）, but a increasing trend was found in the two groups. The sub- jective symptom scoring at postoperative 1 day, 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks were 3.82 ±1.91,3.50 ±2.30,3.13 ± 2.33 and 2.50± 2.45 in experimental group, respectively, which were 4.54 ± 2.94,3.77 _＋ 2.41,3.69 ± 2.25 and 3.00 ±1.94 in controlgroup, respectively, there were significant differences between different time points in two groups （ Experiment group： P = 0. 024;Control group ：P = 0.015）. There was no statistical difference in postoperative BUT, corneal fluorescein staining sco- ring and corneal aberration between two groups （ all P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops is effective and safe for dry eye after LASIK.
