摘  要:虹膜固定型人工晶状体植入已广泛用于治疗后囊膜缺损的无晶状体眼,它具有安全性高、预测性强、稳定性好、操作方便等优点。虹膜固定型人工晶状体可用于治疗眼外伤、人工晶状体脱位、先天性白内障摘出术、白内障超声乳化术中后囊膜破损等原因造成的后囊膜缺损、缺失的无晶状体眼。手术并发症包括角膜内皮损伤、瞳孔阻滞性青光眼、人工晶状体脱位或偏位、晶状体表面虹膜色素沉着、瞳孔变形、眩光和光晕等。随着人工晶状体设计以及手术器械的革新,术中、术后并发症逐渐减少。因此,植入虹膜固定型人工晶状体是治疗后囊膜异常性无晶状体眼的一种良好的方法。Iris-fixated intraocular lens (IOL) implantation has been widely used in treatments for aphakic eyes without sufficient capsular support, and it is efficient, safe, predictable, stable and simple. IOL could be used in treatment for aphakia with insuffi- cient or absent capsular support, caused by injuries such as ocular trauma, IOL disloca- tion, capsule loss during cataract extraction for congenital cataract, and damages in in- ner surface of cornea during cataract phacoemulsification, Complications include come- al endothelium damage, pupillary blocked glaucoma, IOL decentration or dislocation,iris pigment precipitation,pupillary distortion, glare and halos. With the advancement of the IOL design and the surgical instruments, the intraoperative and postoperative complica- tions are decreasing. Therefore, implantation of iris-faxated IOL is an excellent alterna- tive to correct aohakia with insufficient or absent capsular sulaport.
