皮肤型Rosai-Dorfman病1例

摘　　要：患者女,46岁。左侧面部隆起性红色皮疹10年。皮损组织病理示:真皮内大量淋巴细胞和组织细胞浸润,并见组织细胞吞噬淋巴细胞现象。免疫组织化学示组织细胞S-100阳性,CD68阳性,CD1a阴性。诊断:皮肤型Rosai-Dorfman病。给予局部复方倍他米松注射液加利多卡因封闭、口服阿维A,肌注干扰素,连用7个月,效果较好,随访1.5年皮损无复发。A 46-year-old female presented with erythema elevatum on the left cheek for 10 years. Histopathological examination showed infiltration of a large number lymphocytes and histiocytes, cytophagy eoulde be seen. Immunohistoehemistry showed these histiocytes were positive for CD68 and S-100, but negative for CD1 a. A diagnosis of Cutaneous Rosai-Drfman disease was made. The lesions were improved after intralesional treatment with compound betamethasone, interferon and acitretin. The favorable outcome was achieved in the 7 months without recurrence over a 1.5-year follow-up period.
