摘　　要：讨论视频监控的发展及其存在的问题,较为详细和深入地分析了全数字IP视频监控如何引入EPON作为接入网技术,使用EPON作为IP视频监控承载网的优点及其在实际应用中要特别注意和解决的关键问题,并在此基础上给出了一个实际系统的架构,系统的运行情况和测试均取得了满意的效果。视频监控是一种安全防范能力很强应用广的综合系统。随着高校的发展,需要监控的范围越来越大,区域分布越来越广,而且要布设的监控点也越来越多,如何建立一个高效先进且经济上合理可行的安全防范系统显得尤为重要。Discussed the development of video surveillance and its problems, how to introduce EPON access network technology into all-digital IP video surveillance, the advantage of using EPON as carrying network for 1P video surveillance, and its key issues in practical application were more detailed and in-depth analysed. Finally, presented a system architecture desiged using the key techonology discussed. The practical application and testintg altogether show a good effect. Video surveillance is a widely used high ability security precaution integrated system. With the rapid development of colleges and universities, the scope needed to monitor is growing, the region more widely distributed, and more and more monitoring points are reqired to be laid, how to economically build an efficient, advanced a video surveillance security system is particularly important.
