摘  要:"士志于道"是"士"精神内核的高度概括。"士"禀赋着鲜明的人格特征,如好学乐道、律已修身的"内圣"诉求,天下已任、民胞物与的"外王"理想,当仁不让、浩然正气的主体意识,和用行舍藏、中庸乐和的处世态度等。大学教育应当自觉继承先贤的优秀思想文化,并内化为大学生的内在素养,将既有助于青年成人成才,又有助于民族文化的传承与创新发展。"Scholars should devote themselves to morality " is a high-level summary of the spiritual core of Scholars. Scholars are endowed with distinctive of personality characteristics, such as pursuing "internal Holy" -- being studious and restrained; adhering to idea of "external king" -- universal brotherhood of man and loving all things help to make a good king; the subjectivity consciousness--being responsible and upright; the attitudes of life--being moderate and peaceful. University education should inherit these traditional ideologies, and internalize as university student's intrinsic quality. The spirit of Scholars will contribute both to the university students' growth and the inheritance and innovation development of national culture.
