摘　　要：由于受到网络经济与全球一体化等因素的影响,"90后"大学生的成长背景相对而言较为复杂,这一代人的生活方式与思维方式与前几代人截然不同,这种差异给高校教育工作带来了很大的挑战。分析了"90后"大学生的特点,努力从中探寻一条针对"90后"大学生因材施教的教学方法,以期通过此种尝试为我国寻求培养"90后"高素质的法学人才的教学之路提供经验。Due to influence of e-commerce and globalization, ＂After 90s＂ college students＇ growth background seems to be relatively complicated. Comparing with the former generations, they have totally different life style and thinking mode. This difference poses a big challenge to the higher education. The characteristics of ＂After 90s＂ college students are analyzed, in hope to find out a better teacher method in accordance with their aptitude, and provide reference for the education of ＂After 90s＂ College Students.
