低张气钡双重造影诊断贲门癌的价值探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨低张气钡双重造影检查对贲门癌的诊断价值。方法对45例贲门癌患者行低张气钡双重造影检查,并结合胃镜检查及病理学检查作出诊断。结果 45例患者在低张气钡双重造影检查中,主要X线表现有黏膜异常增粗、紊乱、肥大,钡剂通过贲门缓慢、贲门痉挛,黏膜纠集、中断,局部呈结节样或大小不一的颗粒状影阴等。结论低张气钡双重造影检查经济、方便、无创,是贲门癌最直接、有效的检查方法,如果结合胃镜及病理学检查,可提高诊断准确率。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of the low Pneumobarin double contrast examination of radiography for cardia cancer. Methods Rretrospective analyzed clinical data of 45cases of gastric cardia patients who were diagnosed by low pneumobarin double contrast examination of radiography,and compared with gastroscopy and pathology diagnosis. Results The main manifestation of low pneumobarin double contrast examination of radiography of 45cases were abnormal thickening disorder and hypertrophy of the mucosa, barium contrast passed slowly through the cardiac, and cardiac spasm musosa convergence and interruption,local nodular or granular shadows of different sizes were found.Conclusion low pneumobarin double contrast examination of radiography is economic,convenient and non-invasion. And it combined with gastroscope inspection and pathological examination can improve the accuracy of diagnostic.
