摘　　要：针对医学院校生物技术实验室建设特点,结合我校生物技术专业特色,探讨了医学院校生物技术实验室建设的背景和必要性,并对生物技术实验室建设进行了探索与实践,即加强医学生物技术实验室师资队伍建设、大力加强实验室基础设施建设、完善实验室各项规章制度,并简要论述了实验室建设所取得的成效。According to the characteristics of biotechnology laboratory construction in medical university, background and necessity on laboratory construction has been discussed. The exploration and practice on laboratory construction has been carried out. The measures include the following content： strengthening, teaching, staff, construction, strengthening, infrastructure, perfecting, regulations in laboratory.
