摘　　要：护士是医疗工作的主体,其情绪智力水平是影响医疗工作的关键因素。因此综述了情绪智力相关概念及前因变量和结果变量,为护理管理者对护士情绪智力的培养提供依据。Nurse is the main part of the medical work, whose emotional in- telligence level is one of the key factors influencing medical work. So this paper reviewed the related concepts of emotional intelligence, antecedent variables and outcome variables, so as to provide evidences for nursing managers to train nurses emotional intelligence.
