摘　　要：结合郑州市民营科技园区及民营科技企业发展现状,分析了企业规模、基础设施、人力资源队伍、企业融资能力和技术创新等方面存在的问题及原因。在此基础上,有针对性地提出了促进郑州市民营科技园区发展的对策:一是要突破传统观念,更加重视民营科技园区和企业的发展;二是要在园区构筑大小企业并存、渗透互补的企业生态群落;三是解决园区民营科技企业的融资难题;四是提升园区民营企业的技术创新能力。Based on the current development situation of Zhengzhou private science and technology park, the existing problems and reasons on the enterprise scale, infrastructure, human resources, enterprise f/nancing ability and technology innovation are analyzed. On this foundation, some development strategies are put forward to promote the private science and technology park in Zhengzhou city： to break through traditional idea and pay more attention to the development of private science and technology park and enterprise, to build enterprise ecological community with different size enterprises having complementary advantages in the park, to solve the financing problems of private enterprises and to promote the technology innovation ability of private enterprises in the park.
