补益类中药对EB病毒及鼻咽癌细胞的抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的:以中药抗鼻咽癌致病因子EB病毒(EBV)有效药物的研究作为切入点,构建一种研究中药防治肿瘤的技术平台。方法:利用肿瘤病毒抗原激活实验系统,在基因水平上研究阻断和降低鼻咽癌致病因子EB病毒的有效药物。其次,结合细胞学、分子生物学和体外药效学实验,进行中药抗肿瘤的药效学研究。结果:部分中药的有效部位/成分,既可以抑制EB病毒EA基因表达,同时也具有对不同分化状态鼻咽癌细胞株的直接抑制/杀伤作用。结论:中药的广谱抗肿瘤作用不仅涵盖了预防和治疗的双重作用,同时也说明中药的抗肿瘤作用是多种有效成分综合作用的结果。Objective： Make a research on some Chinese materia medica against Epstein-Barr virus（EBV） which is a pathogenic factor of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and construct a technology platform for the research of antitumor Chinese materia medica. Methods： With the tumor virus antigen activation system, explore the effective Chinese herbs that are able to block or reduce EBV. Moreover, study on the antitumor effects of herbs by the means of cytology, molecular biology and external pharmacodynamics. Results： Some Chinese herbs＇ effective parts or effective components not only can inhibit gene expression of EBV-EA, but also have direct inhibitory or kill effect on nasopharyngeal cancer cell lines at various differentiation states. Conclusion： Chinese materia medica antitumor effect covers preventive and therapeutic effects, and its antitumor effect is the result of various effective components＇ comprehensive action.
