摘  要:模块化多电平换流器(MMC)是一种适合用于电压源换流器型高压直流输电(VSC-HVDC)的多电平电压源换流器拓扑。本文分析了向无源网络供电的MMC型VSC-HVDC的系统结构和工作原理,给出了MMC型VSC-HVDC通用的换流系统和受端交流系统的数学模型,据此建立了无源逆变的内环电流和外环电压的双闭环控制系统。通过给定无源逆变的同步相位,保证了供电频率的不变性。在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建了向无源网络供电的MMC型VSC-HVDC仿真系统,对有功和无功负荷增加以及交流电压抬升等三种工况进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明所设计的控制器可以实现快速精确的电压电流反馈控制,具有良好的稳态精度和暂态响应特性,能够向无源网络提供高质量的电能供应。Modular multilevel converter(MMC) is a multilevel converter suitable for VSC-HVDC transmission. In this paper, the circuit configuration and operation mechanism of MMC based VSC-HVDC transmission system connected to passive networks are introduced. A generalized mathematical model for the MMC based VSC-HVDC system is deduced, and a double closed-loop controller containing an inner fast current loop and an outer voltage loop is proposed for the control of the inverter station. The angular frequency of the synchronous phase angle provided for the dq transformation of the inverter controllers is set at the rated value, and thus a nominal system frequency is ensured at the inverter AC side. The steady-state and dynamic performance of the proposed controllers under different operation conditions are shown by time-domain simulation carried out in PSCAD/EMTDC. Therefore, high-quality power supply of passive networks can be achieved by the proposed MMC-HVDC transmission system.
