摘　　要：测控系统是气相色谱仪的重要组成部分,"实时性"是测控系统的核心,直接影响到仪器检测结果的准确性。针对气相色谱仪对实时性的需求,设计一种新的RTX+Windows实时测控系统。通过系统中的RTSS实时进程实现对色谱数据的实时采集和指令的发送,通过Win32进程实现数据的分析处理及人机交互,并应用共享内存实现两条进程的通信。利用STM32搭建测试平台对所设计系统进行测试,结果表明,所设计的测控系统能够实现ms量级的实时性数据采集需求。Real time is the central property of the measurement and control system which is the important part of the gas chromatography(GC),and it affects the result of the testing directly.In this paper,a new real-time solution is adopted to realize the requirement of the GC.In the design of software,the RTSS process realizes the function of data acquisition and commanding,at the same time the Win32 process realizes the function of data processing and human machine interface(HMI).The shared memory is the way of the communication between the two processes.At last,the result of the testing through the STM32 test bench verifies that the design can cover all the requirements of the measurement and control system.
