摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环法在大批新护士岗前规范化培训中的应用。方法对186名新护士运用PDCA循环法进行岗前培训。结果本次培训新护士186名,技能培训考核合格率为100%,理论考核合格率为88.2%,不合格者经再次培训均合格。培训后理论知识、操作技能及护士礼议成绩均上升,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论运用PDCA法进行岗前培训具有一定的科学性和可操作性,能够有效提高培训效果,增强新护士的综合素质及临床适应能力。Objective To study the application of PDCA cycle in a large number of standardized training of new nurses.Methods 186 new nurses were trained using the PDCA circulation method. Results After pre-job training , the induction of the nurses＇ work and adapt quickly, enter the job role, nurses＇ comprehensive quality and ability to work to improve fast. Instrument specification, good working attitude, good service attitude, patient reflect well. Conclusion The PDCA method used in pre-job training can improve the effectiveness of training and the comprehensive quality of new nurses and clinical ability.
