探讨MR2DFIESTA序列在胃肠道病变的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨MR2DFIESTA序列在胃肠道病变的诊断价值。资料与方法回顾性分析93例疑诊胃肠道病变患者,先行FIESTA序列扫描,且部分患者行常规FSPGR/T1WI、压脂FRFSE/T2WI扫描,并结合患者手术及病理诊断。结果 93例患者中,胃低分化腺癌47例,胃肠道间质瘤3例,十二指肠低分化腺癌9例,中段空肠梗阻2例,中段空肠食物团1例,回盲部淋巴瘤3例,结肠高、低分化腺癌26例,乙状结肠扭转2例。结论 FIESTA序列对显示胃肠道病变有重要的诊断价值。Objective To discuss the value of MR 2D FIESTA series in diagnosing gas- trointestinal diseases. Material and Methods 93 cases with suspected gastrointestinal diseases were retrospectively analyzed. They underwent routine FIESTA series scanning firstly, and palls of patients underwent FIESTA/TI WI and FRFSE/T2WI scantling. Op- eration and phathology diagnosis were took as reference. Results In 93 patients, 47 ex- amples were stomach low differentiated adenocarcinoma, 3 cases were gastrointestinal interstitial tumor, 9 cases were duodenal low differentiated adenocarcinoma, 2 cases were obstruction of middle jejununa. 1 case was food mass in the middle jeiunum, 3 cases were lymphoma of ileocecus, 26 cases were colonic high or low differentiated adenocarcinoma, and 2 cases were sigmoid colon volvulus. Conclusions FIESTA series has an important diagnostic value in gastrointestinal diseases.
