197 Patients with Gastrointestinal Disordes Checked by ^(13)C-urea Breath Test

摘　　要：目的:对来笔者所在医院笔者所在医院就诊的胃肠疾病患者进行幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的快速筛查和诊断,为针对性治疗提供依据。方法:对2011年6月-2012年6月来笔者所在医院就诊的197例胃肠患者进行13C-UBT测试,阳性者给予针对性治疗。结果:197人中的108例患者HP呈阳性,总感染率为54.82%,其中男性患病率略高于女性,青少年和老年患病率显著高于青壮年。结论:幽门螺杆菌与胃肠疾病发生有关。Objective：The purpose of this study is to screening the helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection in patients with gastrointestinal disorders in hospital and offer evidence to treatment. Methods：During June 2011-June 2012,197 patients with gastrointestinal disorders was cheeked by 13C-urea breath test （13C-UBT）, and evaluated the infection rates of Hp,the postive ones were given specific therapy. Results：In the 197 patients,the infected was 108,the total of infection rate was 54.82%. And the infection rate of men was slightly higher than women,it was significant higher in the adolescence or the aged when compared with the youngsters.Conclusion：Gastrointestinal disordes is collectly with the helicobacter pylori（Hp） infected.
