对安徽省滁州市中学体育教师学习认知状况研究

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法和数理统计法,对安徽省滁州市中学体育教师对学习认知状况进行分析.为建立中小学学习型师资队伍提供思路.结果表明:滁州中学体育教师对学习重要性的认知较为积极,多数教师认为提高教学水平是学习的主要动力,且体育教师认为实现自我超越是主要的学习目标.using the method of literature,questionnaire,expert interviews,logical analysis and mathematical statistics method,to Anhui province Chuzhou city middle school physical education teachers on learning and cognitive status analysis.For the establishment of learning in primary and secondary schools teachers provide a train of thought.The results showed that： Chuzhou middle school physical education teacher the importance of learning more active cognition,most teachers think that to improve the level of teaching learning is the main power of PE teachers,and to realize the self transcendence is the key learning objectives.
