区域性融资服务平台的理论依据与构建思路

摘　　要：导致中小企业融资困难的根本原因不是市场供应的资金绝对量不足,而是由于"信息不对称"等原因造成的资金供应相对不足。在"生息资本"理论、关系融资理论以及企业集群融资理论的指导下,我们提出了构建区域性融资服务平台的构建思路,期望以经济区域为单元,改善中小企业融资环境,解决中小企业融资困难。The basic reason for the difficult financing situation of medium - sized and small enterprises is not the insufficiency of market fund supply but the fund supply insufficiency due to the reasons such as information asymmetry. Under the guidance of interest -bearing capital theory, relationship financing theory and enterprise cluster financing theory, we put forward the constructing idea of building regional financing service platform in expectation to improve the financing environment and solve the financing difficulty of medium - sized and small enterprises by using economic region as unit.
