工厂化办学理念下高职实践教学体系的研究

摘　　要：高职学生的实践能力和创新精神的培养是现代职业教育改革发展的迫切需要。目前我国高职教育在培养学生实践能力和创新精神上存在一定的不足,因而应从转变教育理念,做好专业行业定位,构建全过程实践教学体系,强化教师工厂化实践培养,深化工厂化办学理念下实践教学体系等几个方面来加强学生实践能力和创新精神培养。The cultivation of higher vocational students＇ practical ability and innovative ability is the urgent requirement ofdeveloping modem vocational education reform. At present there exists certain shortage on cultivating students＇ practical ability and innovative spirit for higher vocational education in our country. Therefore, it should strengthen the cultivation of students＇ practical ability and innovative spirit from several aspects, such as the change of education concept for doing professional and industrial orientation, the construction of practical teaching system in the whole process, the enforcement of teachers＇ factory practical cultivation, and the deepening of practical teaching system with factory rtmning concept.
