摘　　要：雨果·格劳秀斯,"国际法之父",同时也是理想主义和自由制度主义最为重要的代表人物之一。他提倡宗教信仰自由,反对宗教压迫;主张海上航行自由和渔业(捕鱼)自由;提倡全球贸易自由化;呼吁和平解决国家间的争端,但不反对正义战争。他关于战争、正义、和平等的一系列著作既是对以往现实事件的真实反映,又是自己对理想化国际关系的憧憬和设想。文章考察了雨果.格劳秀斯道德观的基本内容及其重要影响。Hugo Grotius, who is called ＂the father of international law＂, is also one of the most important representative figures of idealism and the liberal institutionalism. He advocated the freedom of religious belief, and was against religious oppression; advocated maritime freedom of navigation and freedom of fishing; promoted global trade liberalization; caUing for the peaceful settlement of disputes between nations, but was not against the just war. His works about the war, justice, and equality are true reflection of the reality of the past events and also his own yearning and ideas for the ideal international relations. This paper examines the basic content of Hugo Grotius＇s ethics and its important influence.
