摘　　要：研究高等学校如何通过合理预算,优化财务管理,加强绩效考核,强化内控制度建设等措施,提高资金使用效益。The paper makes an analysis of the measures of optimizing the financial management, tightening up the perfor- mance appraisal, intensifying the internal control system to increase the efficiency of fund utilyzations by the reasonable bud- get.
