摘  要:一些藏区高校在法学教育中先后开展藏汉双语教学,其目标在于培养熟练运用藏汉双语从事法律工作的复合型、应用性的法律人才。法学教育培养目标的实现离不开扎实有效、形式多样的实践教学。现阶段法学教育中藏汉双语实践教学存在诸多问题,影响着藏汉双语法律人才培养目标的实现。在实践教学中,创新实践教学方式,扎实开展形式多样的实践教学是解决问题,不断提高藏汉双语法律人才培养质量的根本路径选择。Some colleges and universities especially those in the Tibetan areas have successively launched Tibetan -- Chinese bilingual practical teaching, its goal is to train Tibetan-Chinese bilingual legal talents who can skillfully use Tibetan and Chinese to engage in the work of law. The realization of the training goal of legal education depends on solid, effective, various forms of practical teaching. At present, Tibetan -- Chinese bilingual practical teaching has many problems which affect realizing the goal of training Tibetan-Chinese bilingual legal talent. During practical teaching, innovating practical teaching way and carrying out steadily practical teaching in various forms is the basic path choice to solve the problems and improve constantly the quality of training Tibetan-Chinese bilingual legal talent.
