普通高校体育场馆向社会开放实证研究——以福建省为例

摘　　要：运用文献资料、调查访谈、数理统计、实证研究等方法对福建省高校体育场馆资源的基本现状及向社会开放状况进行调查研究,结果显示:福建省高校体育场馆资源丰富,场馆初步实现开放并取得一定成效,周边居民在高校体育场馆开放后,健身场馆紧缺的困境得以缓解,大众健身休闲生活趋于丰富、多样化,但由于受体育场馆开放意识、管理层次、维护经费、安全保障、场馆自身功能等诸因素的制约,影响了福建省高校体育场馆向社会全面开放,基于构建"海峡西岸体育走廊"需求,改善全民健身体育场馆滞后的局面,提出福建省高校体育场馆向社会开放的相关措施与对策。By using the methods such as literature review, interviews and mathematical statistics, the paper studies the basic situation conditions of Fujian college sports venues which open to the society. The results show ： Fujian college sports venues resources are rich. They are initially open to the society and the effect is fruitful. After the open of the college venues, residents in the surrounding communities have better access to exercise venues and the shortage of sports venues is relieved. The fitness and leisure life of the residents is enriched and diversified. But due to the restriction in the awareness of venue open, management level, maintenance fund, safety security and function limitations, the overall open of college sports venues to the society has been restricted. Based on the de- mand of constructing ＂west strait sports corridor＂ and improving the backward mass sports venues, the paper pro- poses countermeasures to the social accessibility of college sports venues.
