A Study on Aerobic and Anaerobic Endurance Training Characteristic of Elite Freestyle Wrestlers in China

摘  要:为了认识我国优秀自由式摔跤运动员的耐力素质现状及其训练学特征,对备战伦敦奥运会的27名自由式摔跤运动员进行了相关测试,在训练周期开始阶段、强度课及模拟比赛后,采用气体代谢和乳酸测试方法对运动员的有氧和无氧耐力进行了跟踪测试。结果显示:无氧阈时期的心率值不存在性别上的差异(P>0.05),但与参照值(世界优秀运动员)存在显著差异现象(P<0.05),此时的摄氧量也未表现出性别上的差异,但明显低于国外优秀自由式摔跤运动员的水平;最大乳酸耐受力男女分别为17.52±4.31和16.08±3.23,无显著性差异,训练中主要是以力量耐力和高强度耐力对抗练习为主。In order to explore the endurance status and training features of the Chinese elite freestyle wrestling ath- letes, the paper conducted test on 27 freestyle wrestler preparing for London Olympic Games. The researchers used gas metabolism and lactate test methods to track the athletes' aerobic and anaerobic endurance at the start of training cycle, in the strength classes and after simulation game. The results showed that the heart rate value of anaerobic threshold did not exist gender differences ( P 〉 0. 05 ) , but it had significant difference with the refer- enee values of the world elite wresders ( P 〈 0.05 ). The oxygen uptake did not show gender differences, but it was significantly lower than that of world elite freestyle wrestlers; the maximum BLA was 17.52 ± 4.31 and 16.08 ± 3.23 in men and women respectively, and no significant difference was found between two groups. Meanwhile, in training, the main part was strength endurance and high-intensity resistance exercise.
