摘　　要：介绍了食用菌产业发展的前景,分析了利用棉花秸秆生产食用菌的意义和技术的可行性;从原料准备、营养料配方、播种发菌、出菇期管理、采收等方面,分别介绍了利用棉花秸秆生产平菇和香菇的技术要点。The development prospect of edible fungus industry was introduced, the significance and the tecnmcai feasibility of edible fungus production using cotton stalk were analyzed. The technical points of oyster mushroom and shiitake fungus production using cotton stalk from aspects of raw material preparation, nutritional formula, spawn runing, fruiting period management and harvest were elaborated respectively.
