我国生产型企业融资状况及资本结构研究

摘　　要：对生产型企业融资状况进行概括,并从国泰安非上市公司数据库中选取2008—2009年的数据为样本,从生产型企业规模、企业年龄、抵押价值、盈利能力等四个方面分析其对企业资本结构的影响。研究结果表明:生产型企业的企业规模和抵押价值与资本结构呈正相关,盈利能力与资本结构呈负相关,企业年龄与资本结构不相关。提出了优化生产型企业资本结构的对策。This paper initially summarizes the financing status of manufacturing enterprise, and then, based on the non-listed company data selected from Guotai~ an database of 2008 and 2009, analyses the influence of the size, age, mortgage value, and profitability of manufactur- ing enterprises on their capital structure. The research result shows that the capital structure is positively correlated with the size and mortgage value, and negatively correlated with prof- itability, and not correlated with age. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis this article puts forward some suggestions on how to optimize the capital structure of manufacturing enter- prises.
