摘　　要：通过分析外语教师专业发展的概念内涵和我国外语教师专业发展的现状,探讨了现阶段国内高校外语教师专业发展的薄弱环节,在此基础上提出了对策和建议。With a brief analysis of the concept and the current situation of foreign language teacher＇s pro- fessional development in China, this paper discusses the weakness in foreign language teachers＇ profession- al development in China at the present stage. Finally, some solutions and suggestions are proposed.
