关于社会诚信建设指导思想、基本原则的思考

摘　　要：社会诚信是一种社会道德和社会风气,关系到经济的健康发展和社会的全面进步。加强社会诚信建设,必须坚持以社会主义核心价值体系为统领,以社会主义荣辱观为主线,以提高社会成员的思想道德素质为目标的指导思想;遵循以人为本、注重教育,多方参与、齐抓共建,政府主导、分类指导,营造氛围、潜移默化,自律内省、他律预防的原则,促进"守信光荣、失信可耻"的文化氛围在全社会的形成。Social credit is a kind of social moral or social climate which plays a key role in the heahhy development of economy and overall social progress. In order to promote the construction of social credit, we should be guided by the socialist core value system, take the socialist concept of honor and disgrace as the theme, take the improvement of the public＇ s ideological and moral quality as guiding ideology. In or der to form a cultural environment as ＂being honored for credit and being ashamed for breaking one＇ s credit＂, we should follow the principles as follows： keeping the principle of peopleoriented, emphasizing education, well cooperation in construction, being guided by government, giving guide respectively, cre ating a good environment, exerting a subtle influence, etc.
