摘　　要：介绍利用西门子802D sl系统改造数控车床TND360的过程,提出整体改造方案并着重介绍伺服系统及相应伺服电机匹配选择和换刀程序的编制。改造后车床的稳定性、可靠性好,加工精度高。The process of using Siemens 802D sl system to transform CNC lathe TND360 was described. The overall reform scheme was proposed. The match of servo motor and servo system and the selection tool program were highlighted. The stability, reliability and machining precision of the transformed lathe are good.
