摘　　要：由于优化结晶器振动参数是发展高效连铸技术的重要方法,振动参数很小的变化都会对生产过程产生巨大的影响,所以通过研究了连铸结晶器正弦振动波形的数学函数表达式以及位移和速度曲线,建立结晶器振动控制系统模型,对PID控制器参数进行整定的方法来模拟振动的响应,然后通过实验验证控制系统的可行性。最终的得到合适的振动参数。Developing the high efficient continuous casting tech＇nology due to the optimized crystallizervibration parameters is an important method, vibration parameters of the small changes will have a great effect on the production process, so with the study of the continuous casting crystallizer sine vibration waveform mathematical function expression and displacement and velocity curve, the establishment of crystallizer vibration control system model of PID controller parameters setting method to simulate the response of vibration, and then through the experimental results verify the feasibility of the control system. The final get appropriate vibration parameters.
