摘 要:菱锌矿和石英纯矿物的浮选试验、动电位的测试、金属离子溶液化学计算结果表明,Fe3+、Fe2+对菱锌矿有明显的抑制作用;在无金属离子存在时石英基本不浮,Fe3+、Fe2+在碱性条件下能活化石英的浮选;在碱性条件下,Fe3+或Fe2+呈羟基络合物和氢氧化物吸附在石英表面,使石英表面吸附活性质点增加,是Fe3+或Fe2+活化石英浮选的主要原因;Fe3+或Fe2+生成的氢氧化物沉淀覆盖在菱锌矿表面,阻碍了捕收剂在菱锌矿表面的吸附,是Fe3+或Fe2+抑制菱锌矿浮选的主要原因。Flotation of smithsonite and quartz and the mechanism of adsorption of ferric and ferrous ions on surface of smithsonite and quartz were investigated through the flotation experiments of pure smithsonite and quartz, measurements of zeta potential and the calculation of solution chemistry. The results show that ferric and ferrous ions can inhibit smithsonite under alkaline condition. The floatability of quartz is low in the absence of metal ions. But ferric and ferrous ions can activate quartz under alkaline condition. The main reason of activation of quartz is that ferric or ferrous ions increase active sites for the collector adsorption on to the surface of quartz which results from the adsorption of carboxyl complexes and precipitation of hydroxide of ferric or ferrous ions. And the main reason of inhibition of smithsonite is that ferric or ferrous ions hinder the collector adsorption on the surface of smithsonite which results from the covering of precipitation of hydroxide of ferric or ferrous ions.
