摘　　要：文章基于对中兴通讯相关中高层经理的深度访谈,以中兴案例首先对中国企业与政府关系发展的阶段式过程、各阶段企业的能力与政府政策影响力的变化及企业在每个阶段的应对方式等问题作了初步的现象整理与归纳,然后利用现有的理论研究对现象做出解释和分析,提出企政关系的发展路径为:被动、主动、互动及双赢期,得出可能的4个命题。文章最后提出了进一步研究的建议。Based on the interview of some managers in ZTE Company, this paper describes some phenomenons that the process of the relationship between corporations and governments in China, the evolution of corporation capa- bility, activities and public policy influence in every stage through the case study of ZTE. Then, this paper analyzes those phenomenons by existing theory and concludes four stages about this relationship： passive, initiative, interactive and win-win. Finally, it gives some suggestions for the future research.
