白血病儿童照顾者生存质量的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的评估急性白血病患儿照顾者的生存质量状况,分析其影响因素。方法运用生存质量测定量表简表对238名患儿照顾者进行现况调查,采用多元逐步回归分析其影响因素。结果急性白血病患儿照顾者的生存质量得分低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),进入逐步回归方程的有医疗费用来源、子女个数、居住地、是否有捐赠、距离确诊时间。结论急性白血病患儿照顾者的生存质量值得关注,提高照顾者的生存质量对于患儿有效的系统化疗具有重要的意义。[ Objectives ] To review the quality of life in caregivers with acute leukemia children and to explore the risk factors of the problems. [Methods] Totally 238 caregivers with acute leukemia children were investigated by using the WHOQOL-BREF Scale. [ Results ] Compared with the norm, the scores of quality of life were significantly lower. Multiple stepwise regressions indicated that the hospitalization costs source and the numbers of chil- dren and residence and the situation of donor and the time after being diagnosed were significantly related to quality of life in the participants. [ Conclusions ] Pay attention to the quality of life in caregivers with acute leukemia children is important and helpful to the therapeutic effect in the children as well.
