高校人文社会科学科研资源利用效率评价——以江苏省地方综合性大学为例

摘　　要：高校科研是一项多投入、多产出活动,其投入产出的效率评价是一项较为复杂的系统工程。本文以江苏省地方综合性大学中的15个人文社会科学类学院为研究对象,采用定量与定性分析相结合、当前评价和长远评价相补充的方法,建立AHP和DEA评价模型,对15个学院的科研资源利用效率进行实证分析,并提出提高高校科研资源利用效率的建议。The humanities and social sciences research in higher education is a multi-input and multi-output complex activity, the efficiency evaluation on input-output is also a more complex systems engineering. This paper adopts the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods, current evaluation and long-term evaluation of complementary methods and establishes the AHP and DEA evaluation model, based on the 15 humanities and social science colleges in local comprehensive universities of Jiangsu province, meanwhile it has the positive analysis on utilization efficiency of research resources of 15 colleges, and also puts forward the proposals on how to increase the utilization efficiency of university research resources.
