摘 要:拉萨裸裂尻鱼(Schizopygopsis younghusbandi Regan)、拉萨裂腹鱼(Schizothorax waltoni Regan)和异齿裂腹鱼(Schizothorax o'connori Lloyd)来源于雅鲁藏布江米林江段,采集自西藏林芝地区八一镇农贸市场,规格250~300g。从裂腹鱼病鱼的肌肉、肠道、肝脏、肾脏等组织中共分离到12种细菌。用病鱼匀浆组织的超微(0.2μm)过滤悬液和12种细菌悬液感染健康的裂腹鱼,发现超微过滤悬液未导致出血病,3种细菌悬液具有较强的致病力,病鱼有典型的出血病症状,死亡率87%、100%和100%。革兰氏染色后镜检观察,该3种菌株均为革兰氏阴性杆菌,少数成对或短链状,菌种未鉴定。This experiment was conducted to identify the etiology of hemorrhagic disease in three species of Schizo- thoracinae fishes (Schizopygopsis younghusbandi, Schizothorax waltoni, and Schizothorax o'cormori ) in Tibet. Fi- shes with hemorrhagic disease were obtained from Milin Section of Yarlung Zangbo River for pathogens isolation and artificial infection. 12 pathogenic bacteria were isolated from muscle, intestine, liver and kidney of the three spe- cies. Through artificial infection of health Tibetan Schizothoracinae fishes with the filtrated homogenate (0.2 Ixm) of diseased tissues and the 12 isolated bacteria, it was found that the filtrated homogenate did not reproduce the hemorrhagic disease, and 3 pathogenic bacteria showed strong pathogenicity to the health fish. The results sugges- ted that the hemorrhagic disease was caused by bacterial pathogen in the three Schizothoracinae fishes. This could provide scientific evidence and theoretical basis to protection and exploitation of Tibetan Schizothoracine fishes.
