诚意自谦 戒慎恐惧——当代高校教师核心价值观发微

摘　　要：在实行市场经济体制的新形势下,在高校教师职业道德领域,传统的理想主义价值观和新时期的功利主义价值观产生了冲突。高校教师核心价值观的基础在于自身学识和道德水准的提高,因而传统儒家文化中的"慎独"修养工夫对其仍有借鉴和启发意义。敬畏、热爱自己的职业,自觉规范言行,不断提高学识,是"慎独"工夫对教师自我完善提出的基本内容和要求。There appears a conflict between traditional idealism values and new utilitarianism values among college teachers＇pro- fessional ethics in the era of market economy. Theoretical speaking, college teachers＇core values are formed on their own knowl- edge and moral standards. Therefore, the traditional Confucianism is vital importance for the inspiration of teachers~ self-cultiva- tion in shaping sense of professional ethics. Reverence, profession loving, words and deeds regulation and knowledge which are the basic codes of Confucianism are the preconditions for correct formation of core values of college teachers.
