摘　　要：新建本科院校的健康发展对中国高等教育体系的整体发展起着至关重要的作用。应根据普通高等学校本科教学工作合格评估的内涵,分析查找新建本科院校在教学评建中存在的问题,并有针对性地采取一些对策,如:科学谋划发展,落实办学定位;保证基本办学条件,充分发挥资源效益;加强教学建设、改革与管理,提高人才培养质量等。The healthy development of newly-built colleges and universities is vital to the systematic development of the whole Chinese higher education. In line with the tenors of the undergraduate teaching qualification assessment, this paper gives a thorough analysis on the issues in the construction of teaching evaluation system. Some countermeasures have been proposed such as clarifying school orientation scientifically, making effective use of resources preconditioned by basic school running facilities, improving the quality of talent cultivation by focusing on teaching, reform and management.
