失地农民就业培训现状分析及对策研究——基于对徐州高新技术产业开发区失地农民的问卷调查

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的不断加快,失地农民迅速增加,其就业问题也日益突出,如解决不好将会严重影响社会稳定和经济发展。解决失地农民就业问题的关键在于加强职业技能培训,提高失地农民的技能水平和竞争能力。通过对徐州高新技术产业开发区失地农民就业培训情况的问卷调查,发现失地农民就业培训现状不容乐观,存在诸如培训内容设置不合理、培训方式单一、培训力度不够、培训评价不到位等问题。With the pace of urbanization, the number of land - lost farmers is on the increase. Accordingly, the issue of unemployment is becoming increasingly prominent, which seriously affects social stability and economic development. What counts most concerning unemployment is to supply them with professional education and skill training opportunities, so that land - lost farmers can be equipped with competitive skills required. Based on a questionnaire survey on Xuzhou high-tech industrial development zoneg employment training, this study found that land-lost farmers＇employment training situation is not optimistic. There exist such some problems as training content, training methods, training degree and training evaluation. In view of the above ouestions, this Darter offers some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
