摘 要:基于纯电动公交车采集的运行数据,提出了一种分析动力电池行驶循环特征的方法。该方法首先综合分析公交车行驶过程中的功率分布情况,接着利用主成分分析方法验证测试工况与样本总体的主要特征量之间的相关性,最后分别采用恒流恒压、标准动态应力测试和本文中提出的简化的北京纯电动公交动态测试工况进行锰酸锂电池的寿命试验,结果表明,不同功率分布和功率持续时间对动力电池的容量衰退速率产生了不同的影响,所提出的简化动态测试工况为准确预测车用动力电池的使用寿命提供了依据。Based on the operation data of electric buses, a method of analyzing the character of driving cy- cle for traction battery is proposed. With this method, the power distribution during driving process of electric bus is comprehensively analyzed first. Then principal components analysis technique is used to verify the correlation be- tween test driving cycle and the main characteristic quantities of sample population. Finally life tests are conducted on LiMn204 battery with three different test cycles (constant current constant voltage, dynamic stress test and sim- plified Beijing dynamic stress test) respectively. The results show that varied power distributions and power dura- tions cause different effects on the capacity fading rate of battery and the proposed simplified dynamic test cycle pro- vides a basis for accurately predicting the lifespan of traction batteries.
