摘　　要：介绍了美联邦头部碰撞法规FMVSS 201U的技术要求和实验方法;分析了内饰件的造型、吸能块的形式和布置、吸能材料的选择和吸能结构的设计等因素对内饰件头部碰撞保护性能的影响;根据该法规的具体要求提出了内饰件的设计准则,为针对FMVSS 201U的内饰件结构设计和系统开发提供依据。The technical requirements and test method of Federal Regulation FMVSS 201U for head impact are introduced in this paper. The effects of the styling of interior trim parts, the form and layout of energy-absorbing blocks, the selection of energy-absorbing material and the designs of energy-absorbing structures etc on the head im- pact protection performance of interior trim parts are analyzed. Design criteria for i^terior trim parts are put forward based on the specific requirements of the regulation, providing a basis for the structural design of interior trim parts and system development for FMVSS 201U.
